Hi there, and welcome to NoodleDoodles!  

I am so glad you are checking us out!  My name is Bethany Frank and I am a Karen Pryor Academy Certified Training Partner (KPA-CTP).  I graduated from the Karen Pryor Academy for Animal Training & Behavior in March of 2022 with my dog, Blanche.  I am currently employed fulltime as a trainer with Susquehanna Service Dogs.

I have been involved in working with dogs since I was 12.  My family and I started volunteering with a reputable local service dog organization and have raised four dogs for them during this time.  Recently, I have been working with Kim and other clients to help them better understand their dogs as well as to help them be successful in the training they desire.

Ever since I have gotten involved in working with dogs, I have loved it.  I love how smart they are and how fast they can catch on to new behaviors.  Most importantly, I love being able to see a problem, find a solution, and to be able to help clients work through the steps it takes to move from point A to point B.  

I work using the positive reinforcement method.  I started using this when working with the service dogs, but have learned so much more about it throughout my time in the KPA course.  The clicker accurately captures the behavior I want in the dog and lets them know that a reward is coming.
