The Norcotts

John and I are originally from Long Island, New York.  I grew up with dogs and all kinds of pets; my grandfather raised ducks!  John, on the other hand, never had a pet in his life!  Therefore, he did not like animals when we first got married. However after having our children,  he gave in and allowed us to get a puppy.  Jedi, who was an adorable, mischievous  min-pin joined our family in 2013.  At that point, John said "NO MORE pets after Jedi!"  FAMOUS LAST WORDS!!!  A few years later we took in a friend's senior yorkiepoo, Scruffy, who became my walking and prayer partner.  

When Scruffy passed away at the ripe old age of 16, 

I was devasted and heartbroken. 

My friend Arlena from MapleLane Doodles, offered me the opportunity to be a guardian for one of her beautiful phantom Australian Labradoodles, Cocoa. Of course, I emphatically said "yes!"  But, I had no idea what I was

getting into, or how God was going to use it to change John's heart, and my families trajectory .

We brought Cocoa home in March of 2019, and she had her first litter in September in 2020.  It was such a blessing to be able to whelp her puppies and raise them to 8 weeks of age.  Our whole family was a part of it and felt a huge prompting to continue breeding for ourselves.  We loved the whole experience, and we loved seeing God's little miracles and how perfect He created everything!  We quickly decided we wanted to to raise, nurture, train, and provide other families with,

 the same amazing dogs we fell in love with.  

Thus NoodleDoodles was born.  Currently, I own 5 breeding; three of which are in guardian homes.  Effie is my personal certified therapy dog. We work together at nursing homes, schools and airports.  Which is one of my 

greatest joys.

The joy a dog brings to others is like no other.   

I am committed to breeding only the best and brightest dogs in order to continue improving the breed.  Therefore, all of my dogs have genetic testing, along with the OFA hip & elbow and/or PennHip evaluations prior to breeding.  I will pick mating pairs based on each dog's strengths and weaknesses, in order to produced the best dogs I can. 

I promise to love and raise each puppy to the best of my ability.

Trust me when I say, if my husband could be won over by these precious doodles, you can "bet your bottom dollar" that there is something extraordinary about them!!!
